BFG 6800 OC cards and their fans...

Does anyone know if BFG 6800 series cards use the same cooler and fans?

I know the 6800 OC and the 6800GT OC look like they have the same type of unit on them.

I ask because I have a 6800GT OC on the way and I'm thinking of getting a std. BFG 6800 OC to put in my shuttle. I'm looking to compare my new GT noise with what I can live with in the Shuttle or not.

So if the 6800GT has the same setup, I can just use it for comparison reasons.

The dual fan GT cards seem to be going the way of the dinosaur. It seems that BFG is going back to the original reference design, which is good because it was a very efficient cooler.

I have the BFG model with the dual cooling fans.
I'm not surprised that this design is being phased out.
I was never impressed with it's cooling capabilities, very poor IMO.
I just ordered an NV5 and hope to get my temps down, living in Florida doesn't help my cause.
