Currently Active Users

This might have been asked before [though I did run a search first] but whenever I try to access the Currently Active Users page I get a 'you don't have permissions' error. Is this normal, has it been purposely disabled for everyone except mods/admins to conserve queries or something? I mean most other vbs allow registered members access to that page.

Same here, no access, so I think it's a mod/admin only section.
