I want to get some PC2700 Corsair memory in the near future and am a little confused about how many sticks I should buy. My choices:
- 1 stick, 512MB for $180
- 2 sticks, 256MB for $208 combined
I swear, I've heard that you get better performance out of just one stick. I've also heard that you get better performance out of two sticks.
That would be great if I could get better performance out of just one stick AND I'd be able to save $28.
I'm also a little confused about the Leadtek's DualDDR the board that will be accomodating the RAM. Will the DualDDR affect my RAM purchase?
