It seems alot of people on the boards have a GT/Ultra. I could only afford the standard. I just wanted to ask those who have standard 6800's how do you like your card so far? (especially those with eVGA's) Also, have you unlocked all 16 pipelines and seen alot of difference?

There's lots of information about this card, you just need to know how to look. Use the search function with keywords such as: 6800NU, 6800 non-ultra, 6800 standard and/or 6800 vanilla.

I have a 6800 non-ultra card from PNY. I got it back at the end of July or beginning of August...I can't remember now but I like it a lot. I only play games at 1024 x 768 with some AA and AF depending on the game so I didn't see the point of spending the extra money on a 6800GT or Ultra...plus I'd be fairly CPU limited with the higher end cards with my P4 2.66ghz setup...heck I'm probably somewhat cpu limited even with the 6800 non-ultra with many of the games I play. I haven't overclocked it or unlocked any pipes so I can't provide any info with that stuff but it definately is a good card.

I have two of the MSI 256 NU in SLI, Out performs my old GT hands down and with much less heat. Only thing that slows the cards is the slower memory.

i have the bfg 6800 OC 128MB. great card. Best card ive owned, really :) Great windows dx9 & opengl performance, great linux performance (ut2004/d3/q3 & 2d), and nvidia's drivers support has always been good. I havent really tried to unlock any extra pipes or anything because I already went through a little mess to get a card that worked when the first bfg 6800 nu i ordered came DOA.
