do any one have a Arctic Cooling NV silencer 5 6800 Ultra. if so how is it. need some help on it

It will fit you just have to ensure you get good contact...refer to previous mentioned thread.

I find that the NV5 does not work as well on the Ultra as it does on the GT. My temps were 3c higher with the NV5 over stock. If you're looking for something quiet and dont care about a slight increase in temps the NV5 is a good choice. If you're looking for max performance I recommend the eVGA copper heatsink. It only replaces the core heatsink (with copper) and works very well. The NV5 is still the clear choice for a GT.
