I was checking some info on the NV5 and also looking at some pics that I took for My card when I realised that the NV5 has a 2 pin power plug and the Gigabyte 6800GT has a 3 pin power plug !!!!!!!!! (not standard )
How can I plug the NV 5 power plug to this 3 pin ?
Any ideas ?

i guess u will haveto connect the 2 pin wire to a wire, wich has 2 pins on 1 end and 3 pins on the other.
such wires are available.
i havent tried it.
ive read abt some guyz hu did that, to connect the 6800 fan directly to the PSU. They got a wire havin 2 pins on one side, and 4 pins on the other.

Just splice the 2 cables together.

Ok Can I split the Plug on the NV5 and fit them independently in the 3 pin plug on the card ?

you should be able to just swap plugs...I did it when putting an artic cooler on a tyan 9500pro (rudolf)

for 2 major problems:

1- Idle temps strangely increases each day, the first day my card would idle @ 53 now it's 60 !!!!

2- overclocking would increase the temps extremely high.

P.S. The first 2 days the cooling was working very good and I think it's due to the low temps in my room at that time.
