I'm looking into getting a BFG 6800 OC, I want to switch to nvidia from ATi. This Radeon 9700 Pro was bought back in June 2003. I put a custom fan on it (Iceberg 4) and it has ram heatsinks on it aswell. Im looking to sell it around 100$ or so.
thats a deal..
friendly bump to give others a chance to see it :)
any heatware? ebay reps or anything of that nature for the protection of the members here btw?

By seeing the customizations made to his video card, I take it was heavily overclocked and benchmarked??? Or were you just down to having a quiet system????

I never overclocked it much. The stock fan on the 9700 is very bad and it heated up a lot. I bought the iceberg fan which came with 4 heatsinks, i still have the old fan if you want it as well.... but im not too big on overclocking, my room is small and my pc and stuff runs warm (not hot) but not as cold as id like.

By the way, I'll update this, Im sorry but one of my friends wants to buy the vid card so I'm not selling it anymore, sorry I didnt update.
Iceman, I payed 300 but I was very dumb, I was just getting into gaming and I didnt know squat about vid cards. I just went on ATI's website and bought it, probably got ripped off and secondly didnt get a good brand like saphire or whatever. The other dumb mistake by me was that the next day the 9800 came out, so I should of waited and done a lot of research, cuz a 9700 is just an overclocked 9500 as far as I understood it.
