PCI latency timer?

I just saw this setting while reading my bios manual. Whats the recommended setting and what did you guys set urs to?

set it to lowest number stable.

Are you sure lower values are better? I think higher values give better performance but you can hog the bus, because a device can hold it way too longer, while lower values are meant for stability.

oh my bad, i meant higher number stable. i like 128.

I have tried it from 32 to 128 and never noticed a difference...
