can some one please tell me how i get my desktop icons to be displayed at the top of my desktop like in the pictures of some of these themes located here: http://www.lightstar1.com/themes1.htm i have some of these themes and everything works ( i used uxtheme.dll patch , not stylexp) to get them working, although i modified my current theme a little. is it a setting within windows itself that enables desktop icons to be displayed on top or do i need style xp?
