1. Type about:config into the URL address field.
2.
Set "network.http.pipelining" to "true" by rightclicking and going to toggle
Set "network.http.proxy.pipelining" to "true" by rightclicking and going to toggle
Set "network.http.pipelining.maxrequests" to some number like 30 by modifying the integer.
3. Create a new integer called by rightclick anywhere in the screen and new -> integer. Enter the name as nglayout.initialpaint.delay and integer value as 0. This is suppose to be the timeout time the browser waits for connections.
Tell me if it works since my firefox seems to speed up somewhat.
