I'm not sure anybody will understand your problem, since the core temp of 65C you show is well within spec for a 5950u.
It is quite acceptable for a 5950u at stock speeds to have core temp of high 80's under load. see link below,

Those are normal I think.

Yes i know it's within spec, but the problem is, it seems like some textures aren't rendering.
like when playing madden, it looks like Ben Roethlisberger has 16 different colors over his yellow 7 and white jersey.
And it farcry, whole bushes are like that and it lags like a bitch too.
uninstalled old drivers, installed new ones.
does this clarify for everyonE?
And im just worried becuz temps in my old setup with card OC'd to 533/1000 didnt exceed like 45C

Have you considered the possibility of a damaged card due to overclocking?

if it worked flawlessly in my old ****ty AXP 2400+ then why would it all of a sudden be damaged?

I don't know, but it's difinitely not heat. Operating GPU temps are normal, the problem lies elsewhere.

I honestly wouldnt worry, I saw my old 5900u go up to 79C and sometimes higher.
I used to have a few problems with far cry with my 5900u but patches sorted things out for me.
Have you installed any patches for far cry?? If not try 1.1 patch and see if it helps.
The lag your getting is probably normal i remember it on my 5900u running reasonably well with some lag as its a very intensive game.
