That looks like the Unreal 2 XMP mod.
The only UT2004 XMP I could find was a beta version.

Last time I ran across this one, many users were reporting problems and were waiting for a patch. The original U2XMP is still the best though. The game alo looked slightly better IMO than UT2K4 as well.

Theres a patch out. So far ive been playing for severial hours and ive only ran into one bug. Sometimes when I use three keys at the same time the movment gets stuck for a second. Other than that its quite fun.
The graphics are not as good as u2xmp but its close. :) Im having a blast playing this. :)

That's cool, I really liked U2XMP but by the time I got broadband noone was playing it anymore :(
But if there's a decent UT2004 conversion of it out...hmm...I almost might be willing to pick up UT2004 just to play it. I really liked how the gameplay was set up, it had one of the most interesting "CTF" modes I've seen. Oh, and I had this slight obsession with going into the enemie's base and spamming turrets all over. Yes, I'm evil, live with it.

Not really that many players playing is there? U2XMP had more players on launch.
