Have all the latest drivers installed but I have an issue. It's always exsited. TV cable records just fine and quality is good. However if I plug my VCR into the video card I get a green flicker on the left side of my TV screen. It's there in my recordings too so it's not an issue between the TV out and TV. The issue is the VCR to the 5200 card. Can anyone help? I've tried two VCRs. Same type of thing.
