As of right now i have a neo2-LS and it does not support dual channel memory over ddr 400, so that spells trouble for my 2 gigs of hyperx pc4000 ram. If this board supports the ram, i will get it.

Motherboards don't "support" higher than DDR400(PC3200)....Memory that is rated for higher speeds than DDR400 are basicly stating overclockability.
Your PC4000 should work fine in that board.
