Instead to waste 3 milion $ in something like this that will never have a utility for the Human race why they don't spend those moneys in Cancer Research or to help Poor nations or people?

...or because $3 million is just a drop in the bucket.

$3 million doesn't get jack anymore.

Hell, a stealth bomber, ONE PLANE, costs TWO BILLION.

It's really not that much... look at the federal budget of trillions of dollars sometime.

$3 million isn't really that much of a budget/grant whatever you want to call it, so maybe this money would be better spent elsewhere or not at all?

3 million is just enough to feed my daily needs...

Given the overhead of administration and other various costs, how much do of that $3 mil would actually be spent on projects to "improve humanity"?

Well, that just seems like progress to me. If this "god" you speak of didn't want us to create we wouldn't have the ability.

Or maybe "god" is just a ****up.

god gave us the ability to kill.

do you also think he wanted us to do that?

i just hate it when people apply that kinda logic.

this guy just looks scary.

also, if there was a god, he would have raptured all his children by now.

*caution, entering rant mode*
momentary overheating shutdown...
*normal mode again*

Merely sarcasm. I don't have any affiliation with any religion or any religious figure whatsoever. I'm just showing that all religions seem to have a funny problem with logic.
