Just wondering what your idle and load temps
are with H2O on a prescott P4.

That's a pretty broad question.
There's all different types of setups and enviornments, so it's hard to get one answer all across the board.
Instead of comparing your system to other systems, why don't we concentrate on making your's better? What are your current idle, load, and ambient temps?

Hard to do. I just got in a new setup
I have not installed yet. ;)
So you're not using the Koolance anymore?

I get about 55C idle, no more than 65C load.
Cruel, are you chilling your water or using a pelt?

I was just wanting some numbers
to compare with my new setup.
I hope to get it going in the next couple of days, :)
The Koolance PC2-650BU can handle around 450 watts
of heat. I hope to see some nice numbers. :)
I'm just going to cool my CPU. I want Max CPU cooling. ;)
My old warnout koolance case has served me well.
Never a problem in 5 years.

The worst problem with the Koolance setup is probably the tubing. If you could get 1/2" tubing on there, you'd notice flow rates improve significantly.
Not to mention, you'd be able to fill it with more fluid than you're currently able to.
The cheapest(free) way to circumvent this without having to add adapters and buy more tubing is to just relocate the pump closer to the CPU. This way, your loop is shorter, allowing the heated water to return to the radiator faster.

Though I've never had a problem using the 1/4.
Most people report that even though they use
the smaller tubing there system it still cools
as good as most do using much larger tubing. Go figure. ;)
