Does anyone know what are the best settings to choose on Cacheman 5.50 for a gaming system? Is a large I/O limit good or bad for gaming?

If for whatever odd reason you're running Windows 98, Cacheman is invaluable. For 2000/XP, it's useless.

Why? It seems to be working pretty good for me...

Um, I didn't really putz with it too much, but I have it set to auto recover if free RAM goes below 50MB, pause for 30 minutes between recoveries and postone the recovery if CPU usage is above 30% (that way when gaming, it won't steal RAM from the game).
After playing a game or something, I'll run it immediately and it seems to really get my system back into tip-top shape after a long session of gaming.
