ok I need help.. how can I have 1 pic on another.....? like if i made a 520x120 banner how would I get a pic on there?

You need to be more specific. I do not understand your question. Also, barely 2 hours passed from your first post to your second. Responses to forum posts aren't always that fast. :)

like ok like this say i have a pic of a cat... i have a seperate pic of another cat but i want cat pic 2 on 1
like make two one pic
like add one pic to another make them stick together?

Have one pic open in PS, then open the other in a seperate window in PS. The second pic should be edited (like getting rid of it's background through a mask or by cutting it out with the selection tool, pen tool, eraser,etc.) Once the second pic is edited, just drag it into the first pic and there you have one pic on top of another (or what is known as layers).

ok i got that now my background color of this object was gray and the 2nd pic was orange now the second pic became grey?? thanks for the help soo far!

Well make sure that both pictures are set to RGB Color mode. Then you will still have color of the second pic when you merge them.
