Which will it be? Pick the straight winner...

Can the Patriots cover the 7 point spread?
Will McNabb's mom be wearing the sequined jersey while eating Chunky soup?
Is TO useless under 100%?
Is Bill Belichick a mind-reading know-it-all?
Is Andy Reed leading the Eagles into disaster at Camp Floridelphia by telling the team to "enjoy it, you earned it"?
What are you eating RIGHT NOW?
Will you be calling in sick tomorrow?
i pick eagles because i'd like to see anyone win but the patriots.

I'm going for the Patriots because Tom Brady deserves to win the SuperBowl for shutting down Payton Manning :D

Eagles cause leet like that said the patriots are from canada... USA POR VIDA! :afro:

few things...
1. tom brady didn't shut down peyton manning
2. peyton manning was not shut down, his receivers just didn't make any plays.
3. patriots have a better chance of winning because brady does not have to play well for them to win... on the other hand the eagles need mcnabb to be great to pull this off...
4. the way you get to a level in the playoff's means jackall.. its how you perform @ the next stage, the pats have been there/done that and have a better chance of winning BECAUSE of it... they don't deserve to win just for beating the colts...
rooting for the buccs all these years has given me the "support the underdog" mentality
I think the pats will likely win but the eagles are my sentimental pick...

Let's face it, the Eagles feel like they are already winners because they made it to the Super Bowl instead of choking another Championship game. They were talking on ESPN about how Brady was calling Pats coaching staff every night this week to study film in his room while the Eagles have been surrounded by family and fans at their hotel because they were "prepared" for the game and were supposed to enjoy the scene.
Being loose is one thing, but being too loose is another. All signs point to an Eagles a55-wh00pin in four hours...
BTW, I am not a Patriot fan, just a fan of the Patriots, if that makes sense. My footbal loyalties belong to the Longhorns, Austin's pro team, heh.

lol
Basically you are saying you are rooting for the Patriots, since neither of the teams are your home favorite.
I believe the Patriots will win, but I will be rooting for the Eagles. I hate dynasty in sports except the Bull dynasty ;) I like when the NFL was a parity where a different team would win the Super Bowl every year. Everyone recall the Packers vs Broncos Super Bowl? Remember everyone was saying Green Bay would demolish the Broncos until they met John Elway.

I know John Elway. He is a friend of mine. Donovan McNabb is no John Elway.
HEH! :D
Im hoping the Eagles win. Have been longtime fan since living in South Jersey for 14 years (69 till 83).
Its time for them to win their first superbowl :)

The Pats will eat a 7 point spread for lunch and ask for seconds.
Yes, even though it isn't her in the commercials.
Yes. I can't divulge too much because he might be listening in right now.
Don't disgrace my last name. His is spelled Reid.
Soup.
Yes, because I am sick.
And everyone that voted "Eagles" because they don't want the Pats to win, that wasn't the question. The question was "Who is going to win," and you all know the answer.

With just 9sec. left on the clock, after another interception from Eagles QB, I officially declare the New England Patriots the 1337!
Hmm, this poll was easy @ 10:25pm EST :D:D

Was it just me, or did it seem that the New England Patriots were often getting boo'd periodically through the game? Seems many people were going for the underdogs rather than for the obvious winners this year :afro2:
like i said, i don't care who would have won, just so long as it wasn't the patriots. unfortunately my wish didn't come true.
i wouldn't feel this way of the patriots weren't such assholes, but i feel the patriots are just stuck up and think their **** don't smell. if the patriots weren't so damn arrogant i'd probably cheer them on... not to mention the same attitude is carried out by many of their fans, as shown here

What are you talking about? The Patriots are one of the most unselfish, level headed and down to earth profesional sports team you will find. They ignore individual accolades and bigger paydays because they want to win. They rarely talk trash and they never speak poorly about the other team. They are a team in the true sense of the word. Yea they sure are assholes. Sounds like sour grapes to me. :D
Check out all the superbowl ads :)

I was hoping Eagles would win... they would have if McNabb was playing like usual... I think the pressure got to him or something because he was playing like crap.
I thought T.O. did great though... especially with an injury that had people thinking he might not get to play at all.

McNabb threw for some yardage but those picks were very costly... He didn't look that great to me.

You're acting like them making fun of Terrell Owens is a bad thing.
finally watched my first superbowl on itv in the uk. some people say that american football is too long and boring. Most people here in england dont like it at all. I love it. I prefer watching rugby though. :D
