Yonkers, thank you for sharing that link. It is refreshing to see an Arab actually admit the reality of the situation wrt to "Palestine". I am currently re-reading "The Case For Israel' and cannot recommend it highly enough to those truly interested in how this situation has developed and the various truths and myths that will stun many that have only learned what the liberal press has stated time and time again, however inaccurately.

Ya, I listened to this guy on the radio yesterday. I didn't post this because he converted to Christianity. I didn't know he was a Christian till he said so in his interview. I was only interested in his insight to the palestinian cause.

His family told him after he converted that his land was taken from him and they knew where he lived. In other words his own family wants him dead. He said he had more freedom under the Israeli "occupation" than he did under the PLO and certainly when he converted he lost all his freedom.

Wow, man that sounds really familiar. Especially in a 1600's to 1700's kind of way, about freedom to practice religion however you see fit.

That is just hardcore, and it really does hit me that we deal with stuff today that we've created entire nations for hundreds of years ago.

Yes, I thought this was very interesting as well. And come on vamp, use the word "ignorant" instead of "stupid". Less blunt, more venomous words are better. That way you can make yourself sound intellectually AND morally superior, as well as absolving all parties involved of any responsibility.
