My case at the moment doesnt have any case fans, but I do have both sides of my case off ;)

My inlaws are buying me a new case for Christmas, which will include 2 case fans :D

This is the case, nothing special but I like it :p

that part is nice :)

i meant the panel where the drive bay and floppy bay and pc speaker are. it looks kinda weird with the floppy popping out, and the pc speaker popping out

Its not the pc speaker ;) thats the power button, maybe the floppy drive bay looks a little different, it does look good when you see the case though. I know I can get better, but not for that price :(

Sounds like a jet when it turns on. When fan on CPU hits 6500 RPMS then it starts to sound nice. ;) I am looking into water cooling, but I don't know much about it.:D

Thermaltake just came out with their own complete water cooling kit...

Hopefully, it'll perform well and still have the usual "budget" price of their products...

On a related note, has anyone checked this out! Soemthing tells me, you'd only need about 2 case-fans with this sucker...

Pelletier recommends this Peltier! :D
( sorry, I couldn't resist )

you gota go custom if you want good watercooling :)

I'm getting some great load temps now.. to bad my cpu hit the roof @ 3ghz :(

have an Enermax case has two fans in front blowing over hard drives and two in the rear for exhaust and one in the power supply..

system temps are all under 90f including cpu.
and that has a standard p4 intel generic fan.

I've got 4 fans, 2 intake and 2 exhaust, and it sounds much better than my last case where I had to use that damn Vantec Tornado to get this level of exhaust.

Four Zalman 92MM on my tower. Two as side intake over the PCI cards and two for top exhaust. The airflow path is over my Zalman al/cu flower atop an Athlon 1600+ XP.

With a baybus I run them at 7V silently and still have system temperature of 25 C (system) and 49 C (CPU) for email and surfing. However, for SETI and other heavy use like ripping MP3s, I have to run them loud (12V) to keep the temp CPU at 49.

Since the AMD data sheet says 90 degrees C is maximum, I'm pretty happy.

None and it still overclocks like it does, gotta love Intel! It is actually starting to get a bit warm with the mod I did to my TI4200 so I am probably gonna add a Sunon 3 or 4 watt to bring it down a little

Case fans:

- 2 exhaust right behind the 2 10k rpm SCSI drives mounted in top rear of case. The drives themselves are in a mettle enclosure to give a bit of a wind tunnel effect.

2 intake, where one is a large 12" case fan (no joke) and the other above it is a 4" case fan. Both these in lower front

Otherwise:

- There's the PSU fan exhausting out the back

- High speed CPU fan on the OCZ Gladiator

- Fan on the gfx card

- Fan on the north bridge

And with 8 fans and one being the large 12", yes it does sound like a jet engine. The Addtronics 7896A server case also has a fair amount of ventelation holes around the case to let heat out.

Umph, thx for reminding me Dave...my fan count should be updated...the Asus A7N266-E does come with a fan on the north bridge.

I have 12 total fans blowing at all times in my PC, yep its annoying

3 small fans in the front all blowing in
1 large fan in the front all blowing in
2 60x60 fans in the back blowing out
2 fans inside my enermax PSU
2 HD cooling fans
1 CPU fan
1 GPU fan
:D

My case has 7 fans (all Sunon). My Enermax PSU has 2. Then I have 1 on the CPU, 1 on the graphics card and 1 on Northbridge. Total of 12 :)

Well let me add to mine then. :)

The 3 120MM - 2 on side and 1 blowhole
3 40x40x40 in my 5 1/4 bay. It's the fan set up that's from newegg. $8 - same as Gator I believe.
PSU fan
CPU fan
GPU fan

9 happy fans :)
