In every driver I've installed Conformant Texture Clamp has been ON by default.
I set the LOD bias to clamp to eliminate shimmering in a couple of games I play.
61.21, 61.77, 65.73, and 67.02 are the drivers I've used.

And what about:
Force Mipmaps -
Conformant Texture Clamp -
Trilinear Optimization -
Anisotropic Mip Filter Optimization -
Anisotropic Sample Optimization -
Extension Limit -
Hardware acceleration -
I already put LOD to clamp.
Thanks and sorry for being a noob.

Default settings are:
Conformant Texture Clamp-On
The Optimization settings are up to you. I use High Quality so it turns all my optimizations to Off. You can turn them back on for slightly better performance. To me the visual improvement is worth the little bit of performance you lose.
Hope this helps
