I would like to know what the Maximum freezing temperature of a CPU where it still will run.

I know they will run at -40 to -50.
My guess it most any.
After all some use some far out cooling
to reach some clock speeds. :)
The colder the better. :D

absolute zero ... would be my guess .... ive seen liquid nitrogen used and what is that negative 120 or something like that

Ah
I think the bandgap in doped silicon would become too wide to conduct electricity, using a reasonable current, if you lower the temperature much below 150 kelvin.

Am I totally off?
