I had a weird thought. Supose a 13 year old boy took photos of him nude, and other "stuff", and sold them by internet. Notice that he did all by himself, nobody helped him, and he did all that in secret. Would he comiting a pedophilic crime ? If so, how would he be punished ? In US for example ... :confused:

no matter which way you look at it, it's still pictures of an underage child, which is illegal...

i don't think the punishment would be as severe as other pedophilic crimes, but its still illegal and he would probably get some consueling.

Its a good point that you bring up MOD, but I still find it sick to even think about that, but thats just me.

Either way, the person who bought the pix would get more punishment... They'd probably charge em for making the boy take more or something.

Are you guys curious of how did I come up with this ? Well, some days agos I whatched on tv, a guy who was punished in US, for kissing his girlfriend at the forehead. He got 2 weeks of suspension...

I can't remember everything, but, this is the main reason of why I thought about that. Maybe, it was to think about all stupid and weird things that could happen

Well then thats just stupid. Most kids are sexually active before they leave high school anyway. I don't think kissing your girlfriend on the head is bad.

Yeah, I thought the tiki torches accented the "dungeon torture" theme of the photo shoot really well. I can't take all the credit though, AMK did some fine work, those were real tears.
