Well that first pic is an exact rip of the one going around the net, so its eather fake or the guy who put those pics up has it.
Eahter way id stay away my self. Too much Ebay account hijacking going around. Espically since the pics are directly from the 'leaked' pics going around the net.

Its probably legit... expecially if you check his sales and ratings. he is really ripping people off though. Im guessing he got one to test or something for his company and is trying to get as much as he can for it as they are not even out yet.

the guy who is selling that one on ebay, is (I think) the same guy who has the ES on Guru3d.com
there's a thread about it in the nvidia section

$2500 + $39.95 for shipping on something he probably got for free is a nice profit

I feel sorry for the idiot that pays that much for it :D 512mb is so not needed yet.. who ever buys that will be horribly disapointed when they see it compaired to 256mb cards on games.
If it's merely an engineering sample, I'd never pay that for it.
Never.

Engineering Sample? Maybe. I'm guessing here.
Well, besides the price of the card being out-of-this-world high, I hate it when people on ebay make even more profit by jacking-up their shipping costs. I myself only add $2 extra for handling *supplies, gas, etc.*. But when you pay like 12 or 20 bucks for shipping and it gets to your house and it only shows like 5 bucks cost...it pisses me off. You really have to watch the shipping costs on ebay.
It doesn't have the chip necessary for dual link DVI, and if that means nV and ATI are planning on putting out 512mb cards without dual link dvi that's ridiculous imo.
hhe that card can be a quadro fx 44000 512mb with a gfx bios !

The e-bay page says - "The seller ended this listing early because the item is no longer available for sale".
yea, it was taken down.
either was a hoax that got caught, or nvidia found it and threatened to sue or something. if he really did have it, im sure he wasnt supposed to or at least wasnt supposed to be selling it.
Perhaps someone contacted nVidia and made them aware of this guy and allowed them to make the determination as to whether it was real.
