View Full Version : SLI recognition by driver

In an effort to provide SLI benchies from my dual opteron box, I have made a win ent serv 2003 32 bit partition. I usually run the 64 bit flavor, but some of the bechmarks don't work in 64 bit.

On my win 2003 srv 32 bit load I have been UNABLE to get SLI recognized by anything other than the 66.93 driver. Only the official 66.93 driver gives me SLI. I would like to run SLI with the 75.xx and 71.xx 32 bit drivers, but I cannot get SLI recognized.

However the 66.93 driver DOES work. For the other drivers, I was able able to get them to work if I hacked the registry, but uipon reboot SLI was gone.

What can I do to enable SLI in the latest 32 bit releases???

it is a fresh install.

I am on my third fresh install and absolutely no sli.. unless I load the 66.93 driver

why would only the 66.93 driver enable SLI on a windows 2003 server load????

Make sure yer SLI selector card is Inserted all the way, NO Gold pins showing.

THX but on a dual opteron sli tyan 2895 there is no sli selector card.
Not an option - remeber that this is recognized by the 67.21 and 66.93 driver.

This applies to my dual fx4400 sli as well as my 6800ultra sli.
