This is something I've been noticing around this forum lately. The shopping.com ad banner has been appearing in duplicate at certain points. It could be whenever I log onto the forum, or if I'm just browsing. As soon as I click on a link, the page can go back to displaying properly, or it will show up as a double ad again.

I've had this happen on my home PC using Firefox and Opera, and it just did it on my parents' computer on IE 6. It's probably a vbulletin glitch since it only started doing it after we upgraded the board. But I do want to know if it's happening to anyone else.

I have noticed it as well. I've not noticed it, however, since Mike added the 3DCOOL.COM ad in the area above the shopping.com ad. Looks like maybe he fixed the duping of the shopping.com ad.

See, that's strange because it still duped it for me even with the 3DCool banner. I'm hoping it's just an IE thing. I'll mess around later tonight when I get home.

That is strange. I haven't had any duping in either Firefox or IE since the 3DCOOL banner was added.

Heh, I was just checking to see if anyone was watching our ads. You had a 1 in 17 chance of seeing the double ads, which only happened when the random number was 1. The reason the ad was being shown twice was because there were two duplicate lines checking for a random number of 1. I removed the offending line of code. :D HaHaHa Ed I should of known you'd be the one to catch it. :afro2:
