View Full Version : nvidia sli driver question

In the sli investigation thread, One guy showed that the 71.81 has the ability to set the type of sli rendering globally instead of in individual profiles. I am curious as to why nvidia is not keeping that feature in. I know the utilities are good in the thread and I would use them, but I would rather do the rendering test myself without making a profile, a little simpler don't you agree. Unless nvidia finds a hazard to global sli rendering.

I am referring to the afr and sfr choices shown in 71.80, not the single and multi gpu setting of most drivers sets.

You can either use the coolbits or nHancer (see my signature) to set the SLI mode globally.

Those are just beta drivers, They might add the tools for the final releases.
