msconfig keeps coming up when I reboot

Whenever i open the msconfig file in Winxp sp2, I uncheck the box that appears on my desktop to not have the screen pop up next time I reboot.

But the screnn pops up anyway, and now it pops up everytime I reboot.

How do I fix this.

you need to have a check in that box, not uncheck it. maybe thats it :)

Yes, when that msconfig message comes up, put a check in the box.

This will prevent it from reappearing when you reboot!
