Any updates on if/how this will/can work. I am sitting at XG 71.90's and still get the shakey video when in all of these modes. Only thing i can do is run in a window mode to play.

I dunno when this will be fixed.
I've had the shimmering problem when in 1680x1050 in sli since i got this rig.

I was hoping that the next official release would fix it but it doesn't.
Whats the point of having a flash widescreen monitor if you have to play games in 4:3?

Wish i'd gone ati + nforce 4 and saved myself a load of cash :(

Try the 76.10's. They almost eliminate the shimmer. Plus they brought my 3dmark05 score above 11k.

Same here, but they do have a bit of an issue with video playback. They skip a little in .wmv's and .avi's and dvd.

by shimmering do you mean the shaking of the game?? The only way the video problem was fixed for me was when XG realsed the 71( or 75).90 drivers and you could enable VMR.

Yep. Tried all available drivers since 66.93.
The 71.84's are admittedly better than any others but the problem is still noticeable and should have been addressed by now.
Do Nvidia even know it's a problem? They don't even aknowledge it in their release notes.
