How do I stop the System Configuration Utility from starting everytime I start Windows XP.
When I ran msconfig, the utility came up, I fixed what I needed to do in the startup folder and rebooted. When the screen came back up, I checked the box that says for it not to start next time I start Windows but it doesn't work. Now every time I reboot, it shows up. This is very annoying.
Any ideas, anyone had this happen to them. How did you fix it.
