is there any good free linux docs or handbook guides to learn linux from scratch because i really want to learn how to fully operate a linux system and have been unale to find any good books or documents so that i can get easied into linux and understand it better. thanks if anyone can help out.

Those sites should help you out :) The last two's Linux forums are really helpful also. The Linux Docs are really helpful and have documentation on just about everything I've needed so far.
