Which driver does not have the bug of "temp hotter"?

Well i can tell you which ones do from my expierence and they are: 71.50, 71.80, 71.81, 71.83, 71.84, 71.90, 75.90 and 76.10, as far as i know none of the 60 series driver raise the temps and any 70 series prior to 71.50 are ok.
