Help needed

Ok guys need a little help here how do i add an image to my post, not an attachment but an image.I've tried but no luck

First you'll need to upload your image in one of them image uploading sites & get the link for that image . sites like imageshack.us & photobucket are great .

after that just click on the "insert image" icon above & type in the URL for your image .. or manually by typing in the link like this : your link here
