[nforce4 6.53] WinXP reboot loop

I've installed the 6.53 version of the nforce4 chipset here (http://www.nvidia.com/object/nforce_nf4_winxp2k_6.53)
And after rebooting, my pc was rebooting non-stop...

I've got a Asus A8N-SLI Deluxe, an AMD64 3500+ and a nVidia 6600

does it get into windows at all? i had a small problem with those drivers cause they would enable NCQ on my hard drives and they dont support that.

i don't get into windows, it reboots just before the splash screen. How do you disable the splash screen ?
