Does anyone know what this is??!! I am very curious...

It is listed here in the EVGA contest:
http://www.evga.com/community/egs/

Ten (10) EVGA SLI Twin Turbo brackets (details to follow soon)

It says it will be revealed soon but I am too curious, anyone have any ideas?

EDIT
Here it is:

He also said both sizes for the bracket will be available.

Well, they seem to be giving 10 of them away, so whatever it is, it's not likely to be a high priced item.

Not sure, probly something that just holds sli cards more 'inplace'

or holds a fan to them or something stupid like that.

my guess maybe (and it sounds more like a marketing gimmick) is that they are the SLI brackets with some kind of ability to transmit between the cards at a higher speed than a regular bracket. In other words, to help with the fact that SLI users are in one sense using two 8x cards. But the twin is what gets me unless it refers to the two cards.

probably some form of pci slot cooler for both cards in SLI mode

Hopefully... these cards don't exactly run chilly...

Hmm let me see .. Turbo Cache .. Twin Turbo ? ... :hmmm:

seriously though i think its just anohter marketing gimmick .. could be some SLI bracket with different design or something .

I am curious, was the turbo cache only for the 6200 series? If so, then you may have something there. Somekind of turbo cache memory on the SLI adapter to help with SLI transfers?

Maybe a bracket that combines the video card memory for a total of 512mb??!! (I know, I'm dreaming here ;))

It turns your SLI system with a case-window into an EVGA marketing device, do you have ANY idea how many 3dMarks thatl get you??? :D

It helps hold the cards in place... and gives your case a little snaz ;)
