I have reinstall 3DMark05 ( both V1 and V1.2 ) as well as Gfx driver.

Doesn't really look like a graphics card error since well... nothing is being reported that the graphics card is at fault. I would check your windows install...

Do you get this type of error in 3DMark03 or Games?

Got the same thing last night with my XFX. HL2, CS:S and Rthdribl wouldn't run. HL2 and CS:S actually seem like overheating, but the card's temps aren't that high at all. The monitor goes black and I'm forced to restart the entire PC. Already tried new MOBO and video drivers.

Might be a bad card? HL1 plays fine, although not graphically intensive. I'll try Battle for Middle Earth, see if that crashes as well.

Edit: Call of Duty and BfME run perfectly normal.

Any changes whatsoever to your system and/or settings? Malware, maybe? Anything? Let us know, hopefully we can help.

Nope, I keep my system clean as can be.

I'm going to switch out the 6600 into my other PC and try to narrow it down. My guess at the moment is it's just the PSU, but we'll find out. It only seemed to happen on shader intensive games such as HL2, CS:S and Far Cry, others ran fine. If its not the PSU I'll just RMA it, no big deal. No complaints with it up until this point.
