Decent O/C for Air-Cooling?

I have got my Prescott 3.0 clocked @ 3.45 (920FSB) DDR460 1:1 Ratio.

Its not stable @ 3.5 or 3.6 without more volts and that means more heat which is not good on a prescott.

Does this seems about right to you guys?? for air-cooling.

Sounds OK to me. Consider the fastest EE is 3.7GHz. So 3.45 doesn't sound bad to me. These newer chips, including the A64 FX series, are pretty close to max'd out of the box IMO. Most people need at least water to get a 2.4 FX53 up to 2.6-7, and exotic cooling to go above 3.0. Situation is probably similar with top end P4's.
