I just put together an SLI system (Asus A8n-Sli Deluxe). First time with an AMD system (have had Intel for many, many years) so I'm kind of a noob with Nforce installation and was wondering what is the CORRECT/BEST way to install updated Nforce4 drivers to help alleviate any potential issues.

I have a SB Audigy 2 ZS for sound and was wondering if it is best to enter safe mode and kill the installed drivers with DriverCleaner first? Anyone with experience and step by step instructions it would be most appreciated. Wanted to ask the crew at NVNEWS before I proceed. Thanks in advance!

2GB Corsair DDR PC-3200 SDRAM at 400MHz
2xBFG Geforce 6800 GT
PC Power and Cooling 510

I tried cleaning NForce platform drivers once, which caused me to reformat harddrive

Now I just install newer NForce drivers over old ones and dont seem to have any problems :)

EXACTLY what I wanted to know Kev1.
I'll just install over the old ones.
Thanks!
