I am trying to install Yellow Dog Linux 2.3 on the latest generation Mac G4 Dual CPU with an nVidia GeForece 4 AGP card in it. Does anyone know whether or not the nVidia driver will work on this platform ?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Yeah, unfortunately, it seems that mtrr is right. Various parts of the drivers have already been compiled -- Module-nvkernel in the NVIDIA_kernel package, and everything (libGL, libGLcore, libglx, nvidia_drv.o, libXvMCNVIDIA or whatever it's called, etc.) in the NVIDIA_GLX package.

As far as I've ever seen, a binary built for one processor won't run on another... :(
