If you want a 128 mb card, it's all right. But if you're looking to upgrade and keep it a while, a 6800 GT, though more expensive, will last you longer. The extra $100 or so for a 256 mb card is definitely worth the investment. But if your budget simply won't allow it, that card is a fine choice. Outpost sells the same thing for $10 less, however.
