Decided to try a necromancer. Just for fun. I am a little disapointed with the diversability choices. I hate how all necromancers look the same for instances. But still giving it a go.

i agree that some armor choices look alot alike. that is the sole reason i got 15K armor, so i could look different.

For anyone curious. A radeon 9000 is significantly slower than a Radeon 8500.

If that's true I guess they did goof but does the radeon 9000 support directx 9 or anything graphic related the 8500 doesn't?

Nope. Exact same feature set. But less features/performance on a Radeon 9000.

well, i beat it with my ele/necro (of which i dotn use any necro skills). and now i am playing with a necro/ranger. i only use the charm animal and comfort animal skills, everything else is death magic.

okay.. having a army of undead minions rocks.. i dont have to do anything but spawn them, and when they die (or anyone else) i get energy from soul reaping. this is great. being a minion master is awesome

well maybe they just said it that way because nobody buys 8500s anymore. I do see quite a few 9000 for sale though in places like Walmart.

when i see those cards at walmart, it saddens me that the uninformed consumer will actually buy those cards... and at those prices. i saw a fx5200 256MB for $110. you can get a 6600 non GT for that online. wow.

LOL. I always have a bit of a laugh about that myself. There is nothing we can really do about it...I just try to help my friends if I see them making an uninformed decision as they are prone to do.
