I am officially part of the GW community. Woo woo. All I have to say is, this game kicks the living crap out of WoW in every way shape and form. God bless it. I'm working on a Mo/Me right now and have a W/Mo going too. This is good stuff, I like, very much.

Anyone willing to offer some advice on a build?

I still can't decide between Mesmer or Monk for my second profession (Warrior primary). I'm on my 4th character now, can't find a solid build that I like, hopefully this one is it.

My dilemma is this. I'm really liking the Mesmer right now for domination magic. Between power spike/leak, backfire, empathy, and basically ALL domination skills, it seems like it would pair great with the brute physical blows of the warrior, although this woul relegate me to healing signet alone for taking care of myself.

Monk is the other option, just for general use of healing, keeping myself alive, etc etc.

What would you guys reccomend?

for general us eand the common thing is a monk, cause most monks can help you with your ehaling and you can be unstopable. but for the mesmer, its useful for things that you listed, so its kinda up to you. if you know how to play the game well, go mesmer to be different and i personally love seeing people break the mold.

What's the best sword that 4k will get me, rather what should I be looking out for for that amount of money?

So yeah, I had no time tonight to play GW, let alone install it. I was working on my X-Fi review and besides that, I only have 2.4GB free space, so I gotta do some HDD maintenance tomorrow.

Yeah W/Me definately kicks ass for anyone wondering. Domination magic definately lives up to it's name. I'm thinking about trying a Mesmer primary now.

Me and a co-worker have been playing Guild Wars on Friday during the past couple of months. We usually start at 8:00PM Eastern and play for 2-4 hours.
