Just luck of the draw man, no matter what kind of drop system you have that's all that it is.
I agree with that to an extent, but GW is worse than others. Diablo sort of set a precedent that boss monsters drop better items than non-boss monsters (on the whole, though any creature could drop anything) and the higher level you and the boss are, the better the drop as well.

GW is just completely random with the bosses. It makes the game VERY unrewarding.

Its pretty random or at least I cannot figure out how the drop system works,should be the latter.

I got two Ectos and two Greens all at the same run.I assume it had something to do with my ms spams but no Ecto or Greens when me and some other guy were meat shields.to finish it up nicely the final chest just before the end bosses was purple.wtf?common make it gold.we've come this far for a purple?!

One very funny example about how this thing sometimes goes completely random....with a PUG we entered the Tomb UW and were right away wiped out because of the sweet rushing tank,but guess what the afk monk wich was standing at the entrance got a silver dye!

what i want is an update to the graphics.. not that they look bad.. but there is always room for more eye candy. :)

ANy one knows if the graphics in the game engine will be updated in Factions? Sm3.0 support ? HDR ? or its the same graphics but with new areas and characters to play?

But I agree...it could be better. I'm more than happy with how it looks, but a huge graphics overhaul would be killer.

That Acer on NewEgg is nice for the 2GHz Pentium M and it's got an x700 instead of the x300...but that notebookreview one's got a 6600...that's tough call.

But I agree...it could be better. I'm more than happy with how it looks, but a huge graphics overhaul would be killer.
Some areas look great, others are okay, but there are a few that are meh. Mainly because the textures are too low res I think. I could care less if they update the graphics though, this game is pretty fun regardless.

Looks are great but there is more to a fun game than just looks. There are a number of things that could be better in this game but it is fun as is.

I started a new Necro last night, what a blast; although it still stings a little when I get in close for Vampiris Touch.

I love my necro/mesmer. She ROCKS. So much damage and minions are teh awesome.

Yea, I haven't had time to play since Sunday, still need to pick my second class. I was kicking around Warrior, but I'm not sure if that is such a good idea, Mesmer was my second choice. Not sure.

Mesmers do some crazy cool damage, Conjure Phantasm is my favorite. It's amazing what 7 seconds of level 5 degeneration will do to a baddie. :)

Necros are fun to play I have chosen my next two characters;MM or SS Necro and Barrage/Trapper Ranger.

For MM Necro secondary Monk is the best imo cuz you can heal your army more effectively.For SS Necro secondary Mesmer is nice since you can echo that SS (Spiteful Spirit) and do crazy damage.

A group of Experienced trapper rangers can easily rip through Tombs UW but it takes them so long to finish,I for one cannot stand a trapper team run of Tombs... very slow although effective.Barrage + interrupts is a deadly combo also.

I gave it a shot, man were you right. A little Phantasm followed up with Vampire Gaze and battles end quick. This game is so solid and so good looking.
