there is a monk skill called Ice breaker, pretty neat!

For 10 seconds, target ally has +5 Health regeneration and anyone striking target ally with an attack is knocked down.

i'm telling ya. this staff is incredible. +60 health? i have 575 health! thats unheard of for en ele.... i love it. and air magic isnt quite as potent as fire magic, but i get to blind them, which helps a ton in battles. and all my spells do a decent amount of damage (and armor penetration) while they recharge quickly, so i can continuiely cast.

i love you GW. will you marry me?

hahaha Zoomy you are already married, lady GW will never love a married man.. anyway save some of that love for GW2.. i think what we all need is some fresh love so GW2 is the way to go!!

See, I dont really get that, people who dont want to "start over again".. don't you yern for something new? I had no problem droping my PoT geared cleric in EQ for a new priest in wow. A new world, new spells, new lands to conquer. As long as its a good ride.. im up for playing from scratch.

Theres not much info on GW2 yet, but im quite interested. Hell, guild wars + persistent world would sell me. ;)

I had a TON of gold and a huge house in UO and left it for WoW where I started with nothing and there is no housing. I prob will never play GW2 as I thought GW1 left a lot lacking, plus I just don't like anything NCSoft does.

see, i'm the opposite. being as skilled in GW as i am now, i can get to far away and less often visited areas. i love the exploring of areas that most people dont get to see and being skilled enough to help others.

I'm currently working on some titles for the Hall of monuments with my Paragon (legendary cartographer, vainquisher, kobd r3 or 4 etc), but I can't wait to see what gw2 has to offer ^^
I've explored/done everything in pve, and I really want something fresh, even if I have to restart a new character.

I just bought this game, the orignal version, thought I´d try that out first and se how I liked it.
Anyhow, I wanted to bring along a friend who I often coop game with, we went from 1 to 60 in WOW together for example.
Thing is I cant seem to find a trial key anywhere in the game package, and I was led to belive they included a trial key with every copy, or have I been missinformed?
Box sais "Guild Wars" but not Prophecies, is the trial key only in the newer (right?) Prophecies boxes?

on a different note, i bought GWENJ and i must say i do and dont like it. i love the scenery and backdrops. man, the Charr area looks great! but i HATE the sub-quests system. i have a primary quest, then i have 7 differnt mini quests to do before i can complete the main one. it gets confusing, and this is why i didnt like nightfall. prophecies and factions had a simple, "click Enter Mission" setup.

Ive done a couple of searches on the site, and googled around.
Poked around the Store you access from the Character Selection page in the game aswell, and Account settings.
People seem to say its in a booklet of some sort..
I got a manual, a plastic card that my key came on, a quickstart reference thing, some NCSOFT MMO Hype booklet and some poster thing..
Cant find a trial key anywhere.

Im getting the impression that only the "06 Prophecies" edition (of the original game) has the keys.
If anyone got one (for, again, the orignal) they wouldnt mind parting with, I´d be glad to snag one for my buddy.

Next month PCGAMER cover story could be about GW2, they gave a one word clue "bears" and GW2 is the first thing came to my head. it will be nice if we get some info on GW2.

honestly, GWEN really turned me off GW for the moment. i just dont like how the log is setup at all.

I'm still playing it. And quite a lot :)
I'm spending my free time on guildwars (helping friends etc) or on team fortress 2 :D
