Wanted to get something too before GW2 comes out, but it looks they have changed the login and I can't remember any of my character names. NCSoft support is taking forever to get back to me...

i had the same issue going back in, but then it clicked me the GW charchters are always two names.. like mine Star Naiad... first name space second name.

I remember only the first name of one of my characters, because I've used it in other games, but the second, I have no idea. It's been over 12hrs and nothing...

well they usually take 1 to 2 days before they send a reply back.. for some reason NCsoft support is not the fastest. know it by playing AION

I called ncfost up and only gave them my email address and my name. They gave me all my log in info. I just told them I hadn't played the game in a couple of years but wanted to get my characters back so I could get the rewards for Guild Wars 2. They sent me all the info. Was easy as pie.

How exactly do you get these rewards? .. Tasks?

Complete a mini pet collection ( i think that's the easiest) or get your titles to max.
