Gainward will lead with its 6200 AGP 512MB card. It will call it the Gainward PowerPack! Pro/1490 TV-DVI and will have it available soon for not too much money.

i wonder whats the point of the product if that rumor is true ? .. i can only see one reason which is scamming unexperianced consumers by showing of "512MB" so the consumer will be like OMG WTF 512MB!! woohoo .. excatly what Fuad said here :
It's called Marketing. Most of the people I know still judge graphics card by the amount of memory included. It's a very simple logic where the 512MB card is better than a 256MB one, in real life it's not always the case as 6200 AGP 512MB won't be faster than a 6600 GT with 128MB of RAM.
