I've seen 92C on mine .. no problem .... it also does 710Mhz core when cooled properly ie chilled glycol at -20C 1.72volts :D

Processor throttling begins at 120C in 7x.xx drivers. (The driver starts holding back when the GPU temps get that hot.)

I think it has top thermal resistance of 135 degrees. That's what the driver says anyway.

Mine idles at 44C... is that high :\
