Seems everyone is going directly to the latest drivers but i seem to like using the ones official from nvidia and the performance in all games is just fine.

Anyone else using them and have good performane without bugs ?

yeah me too.. but It seems to me that other betas driver is just as same performance in game for me.. only the 3Dmark05 score is just 300Mark upper in 76.xx driver than 71.89..
...but it depend on the ppl system rig... different rig, different experience... :)

i'm happy with them except for the damn video playback bug.
I made a thread about it here.

I use 71.89 because they work great and they have matching 3d stereo drivers (which none of the latest betas have). My favorite games to play in stereo mode are Doom3 ROE and Painkiller BOOH.

Works great, less filling. I used some of the 76.xx series for a while, but I generally go back whenever new "officials" are released.

They ran fine when it came to games, I just got that corruption sometimes when playing videos. It wasn't anything hard to get out of, just annoying. They are good drivers, I just have a tendency to use the latest dated ones, if they get good reviews first.

Sorry to jack, but I am curious: What Glasses do you use?

Also, do you see a fram rate drop of 50% or greater?

The 71.89s worked great for me. I only switched back to the 76.44s b/c some of Abba Zabbas demos run better with the later betas.

I loaded the ForceWare 71.89 on my system and everything was great until I started to watch a small .wma video clip using Windows Media Player 10. Little red sparks all over the screen. I tried a dozen more .wma video clips and all had the red sparks. I reloaded 67.99 and the sparks were gone. That's the only thing I could find wrong with the 71.89 video drivers.

I am using the ones from XG's....works great, best driver I ahve used so far since I bought my 6800ultra last year. I use to get the video bug in the 71.84's..71.89's fixed it for me. and great IQ too..

Did you disable AA? I think you have to disable AA when using HDR.

Sounds like it's a problem somewhere else as I've been running FarCry with HDR enabled with the 71.89 driver with no issues.

Also, HDR will not work with AA enabled, regardless of the driver you're using.
