I've got this installed in a Dell Optiplex GX280 and I'm getting a error code 106 when I try to use DulaView mode. This is a Compaq-branded card (part# DY650A) and I'm using the Compaq DMS-59 to Dual DVI cable kit, part# DL139A. I found a reference to this error but that person was using an ATI DVI adapter on a different nVidia card and corrected it by using the DVI adapter that shipped with his card.

Any suggestions would be great, thanks!

Couldn't find an answer anywhere, but happened to fix the same error I was having with my newly bought PNY AGP8X Quadro NVS 280, so thought I'd post in hopes it might at least help someone else fix theirs or maybe figure out the real problem.
Basically all I did was a Windows update (I'm running Windows 2000 SP4) which decided I needed newer NVIDIA drivers which after install turned out to be version 6.14.10.5216 in the "Driver version information" table (don't remember what came on the CD) . I have fewer dual display options under the "nView Display Mode" setup (horizontal span, vertical span, and dualview) than the original drvers from the card's CD, but I also no longer get the "Error Code 106" when I choose "dualview" so I really don't care.
